“My love for cooking started 26 years ago as a dishwasher at Seattle’s famed Palisade restaurant on Elliot Bay. The controlled chaos of working in a kitchen was exciting and just like that I was hooked. My desire to learn helped me move up the kitchen ladder, from dishwasher all the way to Lead Chef 10 years later.
Throughout the following 15 years I’ve had the privilege to work along some wonderfully talented chefs. Every chef I’ve worked with has a distinctive and creative style with a personalized approach to how they prepare and serve their dishes. That experience combined with my passion for food has helped my growth as a chef.
I’m very excited to be co-owner of Saltoro’s. It’s an honor to have such a special place to call home. Customers come first and I want to keep them happy by making sure our seasonal menu offers the best of locally sourced produce, meats, and seafood. In the kitchen, we’re constantly working on new ideas that will keep them coming back.
